The hotel staff were lovely and provided quick and friendly service. The room was spotlessly clean with good amenities. The bathroom seemed brand new and there was even a small fridge in the wardrobe which was a great touch. The location was perfect and only a 5-minute downhill stroll to all that Glasgow had to offer.
Felt very welcomed and had nothing to complain about.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great, it's in a quieter area but still close to all the action. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the welcome drink when I arrived.
The staff at check-out could have been a little friendlier, but overall this place is highly recommended to family and friends. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including great amenities and services like room service, laundry, and dry cleaning.

Stylish, clean lobby, bar, and restaurant. Nicely decorated, clean room with spacious bathroom. Cheerful, helpful, and chatty staff. Comfortable bed with exceptional bed linen and towels. Good breakfast with beautifully done eggs benedict and decent coffee.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was well furnished and comfortable, with a lovely shower room. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the staff provided a fan to cool down the room at night. The location was also very convenient, being reasonably central.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The location was perfect, very close to the centre, making it convenient for exploring. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, with well-maintained rooms and beautiful bedlinen. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the breakfast which was delicious and satisfying. The staff were helpful and not overly fussy, everything was okay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to access the train and bus station. Guests have praised the Chez Mal restaurant for its great food and beautiful decor, with the staff providing friendly and welcoming service.
It seems that the noise insulation in the rooms could be improved, as some guests mentioned being disturbed by outside noise.
